The Quest Shelf is currently in open beta. That means things may change, break, or evolve based on your feedback. We may make improvements, adjust features, and occasionally deploy fixes that touch how data is displayed. We do our best to protect your data, but we do not guarantee zero downtime, zero bugs, or zero data loss during the beta period. Please keep independent backups of anything irreplaceable.

Your collection entries, reviews, notes, wishlists, and showcases belong to you. Creating an account does not grant us ownership over any of it. You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

We only display your content in ways you choose (private, friends-only, or public showcase), and we do not sell it to third parties.

We do not use your data to train AI models. Not our own models, not third-party models. Your books, board games, notes, reviews, and personal information are never fed into a training pipeline.

AI features inside the app (such as cover lookup or metadata assistance) act on individual requests only and do not retain your data for training.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Don't use The Quest Shelf to harass others, publish illegal content, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these basics.

To make the app work we store: your email address (for sign in), your display name, and the collection data you create. When you sign in with Google, we receive only your email and basic profile info.

We use cookies strictly required for authentication. We do not run advertising trackers.

You can request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at feedback@questshelf.app.
